Funny....my pictures loaded all mixed up! Well I don't want to take time to figure out how to get it right so I will just go from here.
Yesterday was Daniel's appointment in Fargo for vision therapy. We left home around noon. Just north of our farm on the pavement was a small wagon full of squash setting in the farmer's driveway with a sign saying, "FREE." First I drove past as I was going too fast to stop when I saw the sign. Plus it took a second to register that I hadn't planted any squash, love buttercup squash, the trailer was full of it, and it was free. So I turned around and got 5 squash. The children each picked out a pumpkin, too.
Now this picture has nothing to do with squash except that they do like to chew on it. We saw this dead little mouse on our nature walk this morning. (I told you my pictures were all mixed up.)
Since we are studying Ancient Egypt in Daniel's history we have also been studying pyramids. We had a neat project we were to do using sugar cubes to construct a pyramid. Since I didn't want sugar all over my floor we did this science project outdoors in our sukkot. Daniel started with a square 6 X 6. We were pleased with how well it turned out.
This picture is from our nature walk this morning. It was so beautiful, sunny, and warm. We made a square around our property as we walked. Here we are in our neighbor's hay field just east of our pasture.
Leah enjoyed helping Daniel construct his pyramid. She had picked a few of my marigolds.

Tim is outside working on his car trailer that he uses to haul many things besides cars, such as cut down trees. The wood on the trailer had rotted and it wasn't safe to use for cars anymore. Yesterday he bought all new boards and had the old ones almost off in this picture.
Here we were last Friday evening having our last (and only) feast in our Sukkot as Sukkot ended at sundown Saturday night.

That was kind of jumbled. It kind of feels like my week. Oh well, life is like that sometimes.
I wish I had time to tell you about the amazing health Body Talk Access class Whitney and I took on Sunday. We had such a great day together.
But I must get going as I have an appointment to get my hair cut in town. Yay! I don't have to take the children along as Tim will home until I get home. It's such a beautiful day for them to spend outdoors.
